Refund policy

Overview

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, because many of our items are custom-made to order, specific exceptions apply.

1. Custom & Personalized Items (Lithophanes)

Due to the personalized nature of our Custom Night Lights, Memorials, and Light Boxes, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please Note: We 3D print these images exactly as they are uploaded. We are not responsible for low-quality results caused by blurry or dark source photos provided by the customer.

2. Standard Items (Fidgets & Accessories)

For non-custom items (such as Fidget Toys), returns are accepted within 30 days. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

​4. Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, production may have already begun. If your item is already printing, a cancellation fee (covering material costs) may apply.

​5. Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
